About

Club director and head coach Li Chen has a longstanding passion for volleyball, having competed at both the collegiate and professional levels as a setter and right-side hitter. Following extensive experience as an assistant coach with various NCAA DI teams and as a head coach in the KRVA, GEVA, and CHRVA regions, he established his own volleyball club in the DMV area to pursue his dream.

Coach Li was responsible for supporting all aspects of DI intercollegiate volleyball programs, including recruiting, practice planning, scheduling, and match preparation. His duties encompassed coaching setters and defense, developing offensive systems, scouting, and managing tape exchange and demonstrations.
